We offer bicycling education on the topics of mechanical care , mechanical safety, traffic cycling safety, and bike handling skills.

We provide private tutoring or semi-private classes for your organized group at your classroom, boardroom, clubhouse or recreation centre.

Corporate 'Lunch & Learn' sessions include PowerPoint presentations, parts and equipment samples, and plenty of opportunity to ask your own specific questions.

Bike Maintenance and Repair classes are hands-on, with a short lecture, real time demonstration with sample parts, and guided practice on your own bicycle.

Practical traffic cycling lessons are based on the nationally recognized Can Bike program.

[Can Bike is a 20 hour course which compiles 10 years of cycling experience. Every student, whether beginner or experienced, comments that they learned a lot more in the course than expected, and doubled their confidence in traffic. Beginners no longer fear traffic, as they become armed with understanding and strategies for avoiding traffic risks. We are not currently teaching this full course.]
